We start with “what if” to surface new possibilities and harness deep expertise to bring bold solutions into our projects. SCEC has been involved

in more than 3,000 projects ranging from a single house design to mega projects on hundreds of units. We take a hands-on approach to the
supervision and overseeing of the works with regular attendance and daily report of the construction process. We regularly update all the stake-
holders of the progress of construction.

We implement a ‘zero-defects’ policy and submit all the required data and plans that have been approved on at the beginning of the project to
ensure the client gets the best possible project outcome.
